1. UK Domestic Shipping Only
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1–7 working days before dispatch. During peak times or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Delivery Timeframe
After your order has been processed, please allow an estimated 7–10 working days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on:
- The chosen shipping provider
- Seasonal demand
- Bank holidays and national disruptions
Please note: We are not responsible for any delays once the parcel is in transit with the courier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only during the processing period. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
6. Delivery & Signature Requirement
All NOVUS Hair orders are shipped with signed delivery for your protection.
If no one is available to receive and sign for your parcel:
- It will be redirected to your local depot
- You will need to arrange redelivery or collection through the courier service
Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided to avoid missed deliveries.
